Natural HR provides a Training module so that employees can be assigned training courses or possibly even request them from within their self service accounts. Here we look at how to create a library of courses the employee or their manager can select.

In a separate session we saw how Natural HR gives you the ability to create training courses and add them to a training course library. Now we are going to look at how Employees can have a training course assigned to them or we can give the Employee permission to request the training themselves.
